On 24?March?2016, the 8th meeting of the first session of the board was held at the room 518?in conch international conference center. The chairman of Conch Venture Mr Guo Jingbin conducted the meeting. The independent non-executive directors(“INED”) Mr Chan Chi On, Mr Chan Kai Wing, Mr Lau Chi Wah, the executive directors Mr Ji Qinying, Mr Li Jian, Mr Li Daming attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed and approved about 10 resolutions, including 2015?accounting report, 2015?results announcement, 2015?annual report, 2015?internal control report, 2015?annual profit distribution plan,?2015?annual general manager report?and so on.

At the meeting, all the directors seriously reviewed every resolution, deeply discussed with each other, and brought up some reasonable advice and requests.

Mr Guo Jingbin made the conclusion and showed his gratitude to the directors present. He pointed that energy-saving and environmental-protection industials are the new industrials to our country and have already showed great potential. Municipal waste incineration via cement kiln, disposal of solid and hazardous waste by cement kiln and great furnace projects are all according with relevant industrial policies. The Board is quite satisfied with the results aquired by the company.
